1.REGULATIONS

1.1 Basically, the provisions of ABR18 - General regulations for technical advice and assistance are followed.

2. ASSIGNMENT

 2.1 Before commencing an assignment, a written agreement must define the scope of work, including specifications, period and financial conditions. The agreement can be conducted as a fixed framework agreement.

2.2 When working according to standards, codes and norms, the following applies to revision and publication dates:

2.2.1 If the document version is defined with an edition number or year that has been withdrawn, the work will be performed according to latest version or replacement standard.

2.2.2. If document version or release year is not described, the work will be carried out in accordance with the latest valid version.

2.3 Compliance with “holding time” regulations / cooling of welds before the NDT check is carried out, is the clients responsibility when Eniso has only been requested for NDT / Welding examination. When Eniso acts as a planner or advisor on an assignment, Eniso holds the responsibility.

2.4 Cancellation.

2.4.1 In case of unsuccessful attendance, Eniso Nordic ApS will charge the customer a minimum of 4 hours for mobilization and time spent, according to the original agreement.

2.4.2 In case of cancellation less than 12 hours before the agreed start-up, Eniso Nordic ApS will charge the customer in accordance with the initial agreement.

2.4.3 In weathery conditions, including heavy rainfall and wind, work cannot normally be done without protective actions. These actions are the responsibility of the customer if they wish to carry out the test.

3. OWNERSHIP AND COPYRIGHT

 3.1 Reports, notes and other documents prepared by Eniso Nordic ApS may only be published in their entirety, including references and traceability. Quotes can, however, be used after written agreements with Eniso Nordic ApS.

4. RESPONSIBILITY

 4.1 Eniso Nordic ApS can be held liable if it can be documented that the damage is due to maladministration by Eniso. However, the liability for the damage can never exceed 3 times the amount of Eniso Nordic's remuneration for the particular job and max. 2.000.000dkk. If an increased coverage is required, this must be agreed before the start of the project.

4.2 Eniso Nordic ApS is not liable for operating losses, loss of time, loss of profit or other indirect losses resulting from its activities.

4.3 Eniso Nordic holds no responsibility for mistakes that occur based on the use of statements by Eniso Nordic ApS, for which these are based on discretionary assessment.

4.4 Eniso Nordic ApS cannot be held liable for damages not notified in writing within 3 years after completion.

5. COMPLAINTS

 5.1 Complaints must be sent by email to info@eniso.dk no later than one month after the customer has become aware of a possible deviation. We register the complaint, confirm reception and inform about further progress. We collect relevant information and documentation. If necessary, we obtain an impartial third party assessment. We continuously inform relevant parts about results and progress. All information regarding the case will be in writing.

6. CONFIDENTIALITY

 6.1 Eniso Nordic ApS handles all information obtained or provided in relation with all assignments confidential, and does not share this with anyone other than the directly requisitioner, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. DISPUTES

 7.1 Any dispute relating to the specific task or assignment that cannot be resolved by negotiation, will be settled on the basis of Danish law.

8. ACCREDITATION AND CERTIFICATION

 8.1 Eniso Nordic is accredited acc. to IEC/ISO 17025:2017 by DANAK with the registration no. 599. Eniso Nordic ApS performs accredited testing of welds using the following NDT methods:

− VT - Visual Testing incl. RVI of stainless steel

− MT - Magnetic Particle Testing

− PT - Penetrant Testing

− UT - Ultrasonic Testing

− RT - Radiographic Testing

− LT - Leak Testing

 8.2 Eniso Nordic is certified Acc. to ISO9001:2015 by DNV GL to perform following services:

− Inspection.

− Project Management

− NDT (Non-destructive Testing of welds and materials)

− Advice on quality assurance of construction and production

− Third Party inspection

9. ASSURANCE

 9.1 Eniso Nordic ApS is insured for its professional responsibility up to 2,000,000 dkk (TopDanmark) within the above work areas.

In case of a project-specific desire for increased insurance, it must be agreed in writing before start-up.
